Subscription Program – Ongoing Weekly Billing
Primal Balance Nutrition operates on a subscription-only model. By checking out and completing your purchase, you are enrolling in a recurring weekly subscription for meal preparation and delivery services. Your payment method on file will be automatically charged on a weekly basis. Charges will continue every week unless and until a valid cancellation is submitted in accordance with the cancellation terms outlined in this Policy. There are no one-time purchases unless expressly stated otherwise. By proceeding with checkout, you expressly consent to recurring weekly charges.
Cancellation Policy and Deadline
Required Cancellation Method
All cancellations must be submitted exclusively through the customer website portal. Cancellations submitted via email, text message, phone call, social media, or any other method will not be accepted. To cancel your subscription, you must log into your customer account on our website, click “Skip Schedule,” scroll to the bottom of the page, and click “Cancel” to complete the cancellation process. Our website includes a clearly labeled, self-service click-to-cancel mechanism, in compliance with California law.
Cancellation Cutoff Window
Cancellations must be completed no later than Tuesday at 4:00 PM (Pacific Time) for the following week’s service. If a cancellation is not submitted by Tuesday at 4:00 PM, your payment method will be charged, meals will be prepared, and meals will be delivered as scheduled. Once the Tuesday 4:00 PM cutoff has passed customers may cancel upon request to Primal Balance Nutrition for a one-time charge equal to 50% of their weekly meal plan up until Thursday at 4:00 PM of the same service week. Following this extended deadline, all sales are final and non-refundable/non-cancelable. Customers cannot cancel outside of this defined cancellation window.
Try Before You Buy” / 24-Hour Review Notice
As a courtesy, Primal Balance Nutrition provides a limited 24-hour review period following initial checkout. After placing your first order, you have 24 hours from the time of purchase to review your subscription and cancel if you choose not to proceed. If a cancellation is submitted within this 24-hour window, the order will not be fulfilled. If we do not receive a cancellation within this 24-hour review period, your payment will be processed, your meals will be prepared, and your meals will be delivered as scheduled. This 24-hour review period applies only to initial checkout and does not override the standard Tuesday 4:00 PM cancellation deadline for future weeks.
Customer Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor subscription status, be aware of weekly billing and delivery schedules, and submit cancellations on time through the website portal. Failure to review or manage your subscription does not relieve you of payment obligations.
Changes to This Policy
Primal Balance Nutrition reserves the right to update or modify this Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will apply to future orders and subscription periods. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
