Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Primal Balance Nutrition, we are committed to delivering fresh, high-quality meals safely and efficiently. Please review our shipping and delivery policy carefully.


1. Delivery Schedule

Meals are delivered on:

  • Sundays

  • Wednesdays (for larger meal plans only)

Delivery windows are:

4pm-10pm

Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that Primal Balance Nutrition does not guarantee delivery at a specific time within the delivery window.


2. Third-Party Delivery Service

We utilize a trusted third-party delivery provider to complete all meal deliveries.

Customers will receive automated notifications including:

  • A notification the evening before delivery

  • A notification when the meals are out for delivery

  • A confirmation message once delivery has been completed

These notifications are sent via text and/or email based on the contact information provided at checkout.


3. Packaging & Temperature Control

All meals are:

  • Refrigerated during transit

  • Packed in an insulated, recyclable brown cooler bag

  • Designed to keep meals cold for up to 4 hours after delivery

While we take careful measures to maintain food safety during transit, it is the customer’s responsibility to promptly retrieve and refrigerate meals upon delivery.


4. Customer Responsibility for Retrieval

Customers are responsible for:

  • Being available to receive their meals

  • Retrieving meals within the delivery window

  • Promptly refrigerating meals upon delivery

Primal Balance Nutrition is not responsible for spoiled meals resulting from:

  • Meals left outside beyond the insulated temperature window

  • Customer failure to retrieve meals in a timely manner


5. Address Accuracy & Update Deadline

Customers are responsible for ensuring their delivery address is accurate.

Address changes must be submitted no later than Tuesday at 4:00 PM (PST) for the upcoming week’s delivery.

Primal Balance Nutrition is not responsible for:

  • Deliveries made to an outdated or incorrect address

  • Address updates submitted after the Tuesday 4:00 PM deadline


6. Stolen or Missing Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier:

  • Primal Balance Nutrition is not responsible for stolen packages

  • We are not liable for meals removed from a customer’s doorstep

Customers assume responsibility for ensuring a secure delivery location.


7. Delivery Issues

If you experience a delivery issue (such as a missed delivery or damaged packaging), please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at:

support@primalbalancenutrition.com

We will review the issue and work with our delivery partner to investigate.


8. Agreement to Policy

By placing an order with Primal Balance Nutrition, you acknowledge and agree to this Shipping & Delivery Policy.
