After selecting your organic meal prep plan and checking out, you'll receive an email to select your meals from the options shown below.

Each week, we'll send a new email with that week's menu.

  • Italian Stuffed Turkey Bell Peppers

    stuffed with Diestel organic turkey, sweet onions, and mushrooms. Served with carrot fries on the side. Topped with lemon pepper and balsamic glaze (P:40g F:20g C:45g)= 520 calories

  • Chicken Curry Bowl

    with white jasmine rice, roasted broccoli, garlic carrots, snap peas, Rosie's organic chicken breast, and cooked in our house made curry sauce  (P:42g F:20g C:45g)= 528 calories

  • Grass-Fed Beef Chili
