Return & Refund Policy
At Primal Balance Nutrition, we are committed to providing high-quality, freshly prepared meals. Due to the perishable nature of our products and our subscription-based model, all sales are subject to the following Return & Refund Policy.
1. Perishable Food Policy
All meals sold by Primal Balance Nutrition are freshly prepared and perishable. Because of food safety regulations and the nature of our products, we do not accept returns of delivered meals.
Once meals have been delivered, they cannot be returned, resold, or redistributed.
2. All Sales Final
All purchases are considered final once processed. We do not offer refunds for:

Delivered meals

Customer taste preferences
-
Missed deliveries due to customer unavailability

Meals left outside beyond the safe refrigeration window

Incorrect or outdated delivery addresses provided by the customer

Failure to retrieve meals in a timely manner
3. Order Changes & Cancellations
Primal Balance Nutrition operates as a subscription-based service.
Orders may be modified, skipped, or canceled through your online account portal prior to the weekly cutoff deadline.
All changes must be made by Tuesday at 4:00 PM (PST) for the upcoming week’s delivery.
Orders not modified or canceled by the deadline will be processed and charged. Once the deadline has passed, orders cannot be canceled or refunded.
4. Delivery Issues
If your order arrives:

Damaged

Significantly compromised in transit

Missing items
You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery at:

Please include clear photos of the issue for review.
Upon review, and at our sole discretion, we may offer:

Meal credits
-
Partial refund
**Failure to notify us within 24 hours may result in denial of meal credits or refund**
5. Food Quality Concerns
If you believe there is a legitimate quality issue with your meal (for example, spoilage upon arrival within the insulated delivery window), please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide photos.
Refunds or credits for quality-related concerns are granted solely at the discretion of Primal Balance Nutrition after review.
6. Subscription Billing
Your payment method will be charged automatically each week unless you skip, modify, or cancel your plan prior to the Tuesday at 4:00 PM (PST) deadline.
Failure to cancel before the deadline does not qualify for a refund.
7. Fraudulent Claims & Abuse
Primal Balance Nutrition reserves the right to deny refunds or credits in cases of suspected abuse, fraudulent claims, repeated refund requests inconsistent with delivery confirmation records, or violation of our Terms of Service.
We also reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that demonstrate abuse of this policy.
8. Chargebacks
If a chargeback is initiated without first contacting us to resolve an issue, we reserve the right to:

Dispute the chargeback

Suspend or terminate your account

Refuse future service
We are committed to resolving concerns directly and encourage customers to contact us before filing a dispute with their financial institution.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Primal Balance Nutrition’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific product in question.
We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
10. Agreement to Policy
By placing an order with Primal Balance Nutrition, you acknowledge and agree to this Return & Refund Policy.
